Oh the weather outside is frightful ...
Please note the time. And the fact that I'm writing here. Are you pondering what I'm pondering, pinky? Oh yeah, SNOW DAY!!! I just rolled out of bed, and I'm sitting on my sofa watching the soft blanket of snow grow fluffier every minute. We're supposed to have an optional teacher work day, but I decided not to go in. I can either take the loss as a sick day or make it up later by helping out with prom, graduation, or senior extravaganza. It is a glorious day.

Probably senior extravaganza. It's an all-night affair, but it'll equal a full sick day instead of just a half day, like the others.
I like the Pinky & the Brain referance- I miss those guys! We're totally jealous of all our aunts and uncle that are getting to enjoy snow. Send some here!
THAT IS SO GLORIOUS! I miss those days. When I was a teacher in NC, I used to wake up at 5am and take naps on the couch by the computer, just praying for a snow day. I was more disappointed than the kids when it didn't happen!
Florida don't get no snow days.
